Hello there im Charlotte, washington bound born an bread. For the last 2 years of my life i have been working in primary and secondary schools. I have worked along side many different types of children most with special educational needs. My behaviour management skills are acceptional and i am now a qualified teaching assistant, i am first aid trained aswell as have many safeguarding qualifications and certificates that can be shown. But despite all of that professional stuff i am an older sibling of 3 i have supported and loved my younger siblings from being a very young age. There is a lot more to me than my CV and adequate qualifications. I love children and warm families, im more than happy to help anyone who needs it so please give me a shout!
