Tamzyn, baby sitting - NN14 Rothwell

Hello I'm Tamzyn, I'm 19 years old and I'm currently studying Health and Social Care at college as I wish to pursue a career as a children's nurse, when I'm older. So I'd be very passionate about all my jobs.

I have placement once a week at a nursery, which I've been doing for a few weeks now. (This means I've got my DBS.) I've also been babysitting my 11 year old cousin every other week since the age of 16.

I'm a very fun and outgoing person, whose willing to play any games or do any activities for your little ones. If they want to jump in muddy puddles, or make a mess while baking cakes, I'm willing to do that. However, as fun as I am, I can be serious when necessary. I'm also very understanding, calm and sensitive when needed. So if they're not having a good day, I'd make it into a good day. If they're scared of the dark and too scared to go sleep, I'd comfort them and read them a book until they are sound asleep.

Although I'm young and have little experience, I feel this is better as it'll be easier to connect and for them it'll be like having a a big sister!
