Bethan, baby sitting - NP19 Newport

Hello! My name is Bethan (but Beth is just fine). I am a 17 Year old girl looking to start a career is childcare or baby sitting.

I have a passion for children and took child care/development as a GCSE in highschool and passed with an A Grade, I even had to tutor the class sometimes. Personally, I feel like i can really relate to children. I love to join in with games and activities (this brings out my inner child but remaining an adult).

My mother works in a line of care with autistic adult and I have seen how she is around children with autism so I have a little knowledge with that. I was also volunteered as a cadet with St John Ambulance for 1 year and 2 - 3 months and gained Basic First-Aid skills for adults and children. Whilst at St John Ambulance, I also completed a Safe Guarding course.

I have yet to have any work experience and have two references from my high school. I can speak fluent English and I am currently learning Dutch, however, this is a slow process as It is difficult language to pronounce. I speak very little Welsh as I lost this GCSE due to being bullied.

I am willing to begin with an evenings or late afternoons for a couple of hours. I am willing to clean, cook food, and follow schedules.

I am currently learning to drive and currently do not have my own vehicle. I rely in family to helo me travel currently.
