I am a university student currently studying medical sciences and humanities in Swansea. I am looking for a part-time job, caring for children as this is what my employment background is in. Preferably I would like to work late evenings from 18:00 onward and some weekends. Flexibility is key when working with children so I am open to discuss hours as well as rate.
Being a hard-working person, I enjoy the challenges that children can face you with. Not only this but I am open-minded, each child (and family) is different and therefore so are their needs, likes and dislikes. I am respectful to this and wish to provide care that suits the family and child especially, as well as myself.
I am also very compassionate which is key to this type of role. As a child-carer I am fun and willing to participate in any activity the imagination is capable of thinking up. Versatility is essential to prevent boredom from striking. In saying this I believe any opportunity is one to learn and often incorporate learning into games.
