I have been working as a Nanny for 15 years looking after new born to pre-school age child/children. I have been helping parents with baby routines and weaning, sleep and potty training.
I discipline a child in a quite and positive approach. And in my experience, if a child lacks sleep he/she does not eat properly, is irritable and unplayful during the day.
