My name is Nicky. I am twenty two years old.

I am qualified in Childcare and have over three years professional experience in Nursery environments.

I would be willing to take on any childcare.

My goals as a childcarer revolve around breaking through the stigma surrounding male carers and showing that equality has it's place in the childcare industry. I find myself to be kind, understanding, passionate, sympathetic and imaginative to competently care for children and ensure that they are safeguarded properly and treated with respect. Their opinions are valuable and I enjoy playing a part in helping children to develop and grow as people for their future. I hope to have children of my own some day!

I believe I am well-rounded and capable of caring for children and developing engaging activities. I am a quick learner and can adapt to children's needs and desires, surrounding any religious beliefs, diets, ethnicity, culture etc, and understand that differences and similiarities are to be respected and encouraged, and support them with their needs and any difficulties they face.
