Hey! My name is Lauren and I am twenty five years old. I absolutely love working with children and families and love getting to know all about their unique characteristics and family lifestyle. I am sensitive, caring and bubbly. I love seeing children's progression and learning through fun and laughter. I currently work predominantly with children aged 3-5 in a local authority nursery and have previously worked with older children with challenging backgrounds in residential childcare and worked as a support worker supporting young people with additional support needs.
