Hi my name is Hayley I'm 31 and I live in the centre of Worcester. I am from Melbourne Australia and have been living in England for 24 months. I have a British Passport which enables me to work in the UK.
I gain great satisfaction from working with children and watching them grow while feeling happy and comfortable within my presence. I believe in forming a good relationship with both the parent and child and working together to achieve this.
Every child is unique and all children should be treated equally and with respect. I like to get out and visit local parks, library, playgrounds and any activities that involve getting fresh air and enable the children to learn about the world around them.
I encourage children to become independent with tasks such as putting on their own shoes, learning to put on their jumper and doing buttons up to prepare them for school.
I am currently doing a Bachelor of Education (Primary) through Open Uni and also work part time in a local Primary School.
I worked as a fill in kindergarten assistant at a private school in Melbourne and while I was working there I was a child minder to 7 year old twins after school.
Within the school activities I was a snow sports assistant which involved me supervising and encouraging children for their snowsports activities. These children aged between 5 years and 16 years.
I have worked as a full time nanny to children aged from 4 months to 12 years in a ski resort in Austria and am also a qualified swimming teacher and have taught for over 12 years.
