My name is Willow, I am 16 years old nearly 17, as a childcarer I would be Fair but firm and fun and enthusiastic to keep up with the children's energy level, I will be strict when needed and be a good influence on the children, I try to be as helpfull as possible but I know there is always room for improving, I could help the children in any needs such as homework, playing and any problems with school or if they just need a friendly face to talk to but does not wish to talk to their parents about it and talk to the parents on behalf of the children if needed.
I charge this as It is not too much but can be changed with discussion of each parent at the end to see how much they would pay for my services , but I wouldn't mind the cost as it would give me more experience and something which is helpful
