Hi, my name is Elle and I am a fun, energetic and nurturing person. I am 20 years old but despite my young age I have plenty of experience within childcare. I have previously worked as a crèche assistant, nursing assistant at a children hospital and currently work in a nursery setting whilst completing my Level 3 in childcare. Not only have I got experience through those jobs but I am also a very family orientated individual and have played a huge part in my niece and nephews lives by having huge involvement with their upbringing.
