I'm jessica and I'm 17 and still currently a student studying a levels. I have a strong work ethic and I love a challenge, I have been raised as part of a large family so looking after younger ones has been part of my life for a long time. I believe I am encouraging, patient and understanding towards children and I believe it is vital to praise children on every milestone little or large that they achieve to encourage them to progress, I have GCSE qualifications in child development and health and social care and early years, which gives me the knowledge of children's development. I enjoy exercise activities and drawing and I would definitely encourage the children to take part in tasks alongside me
