I have had life experience helping to care for my younger sibling, years of experience caring for young children of families in my neighbourhood and one year of experience working one-to-one with a child with autism in a local primary school. I've also had some experience in working with children with Downs syndrome. I always like to take an interest in the activities that different children like to play or be a part of, be they arts and crafts, music, or even just a bit of Playstation! I like to be at the child's level whatever their age, but I also don't believe in being patronising; I believe in the same respect for children of any age.
