Brooke, babysitter - BS5 Bristol

Brooke attended our Nursery class (3-4 year olds) on a work placement for one week only, I was her mentor and the class teacher. For the week she was punctual, dressed according to our policy and demonstrated good communication skills with the children and staff. She developed a good relationship with the children, getting down to their level, interacting with their play and developing their interests. Brooke listened to advise given by staff members and got involved in the daily routine. She could have developed her initiative skills further to support the class more. I would recommend Brooke to work with children as she was enthusiastic, friendly, developed good relationships with the children and was interested in their play.
