I currently help run a parents and toddler group on a Wednesday and also help run a Brownie Pack as a Leader on a Tuesday evening. I have babysat for friends when asked, even if it has been short notice. I am creative with game ideas and can help with homework if necessary. Some of the games I've played with Brownies have been loud or quiet like Chinese whispers and Ladders. We always have fun and do things like craft depending on what we are doing on the Brownie program including badges. I am friendly and kind and can be firm when ever necessary.
