Hello, my name is Vicky and i am a 20 year old female who studies Equine Sports Therapy at Writtle college. I am a caring and passionate individual who enjoys learning new skills and working with children ensuring that all homework and jobs are completed followed by play as a reward.

I have had experience with different ages of children and some with learning disabilities. I have looked after younger family members in the past and also help my landlord look after her grandchildren and nephew which consist of ages 3 months, and 2 3 year old boys i have helped in a horse riding school and did different activities with the children and also leading a child with down syndrome.
I have also looked after a family friend's child who has ADHD during day times and evenings and thoroughly enjoyed it as i enjoy a challenge.

As a baby sitter/childminder i believe i am a caring and fun person who enjoys a good laugh and joke with the children but i am also firm but fair with discipline and i will ensure any discipline procedures that are in place by parents are still carried out when you are not around.
