I currently work as a third in charge and preschool room leader and this involves running the room for 40 children and a team of 6 staff. My current duties as room leader involve being a key person for 20 key children, planning exciting activities for each individual child and creating learning stories.
Mark Warner Nanny 1 and Head of Mini club: I did three seasons with Mark Warner holiday and was head of our mini club, my duties included the running of the club and supervising the leaders within the club. I also recently worked the summer and winter season in Sardinia and Val d'isere with Mark Warner working with children from the age of 0-18 years. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and it has helped develop my knowledge further with all age ranges. My main responsibilities are to create a weekly activity plan full of energetic and exciting activities and games for the children to play. I also took the children windsurfing, sailing, swimming during the summer season which was thoroughly enjoyable, ensuring they had the best time on their holiday.
