Breeze-amethyst, babysitter - CO1 Colchester

My name is Breeze-Amethyst and I have worked and volunteered in Seven different settings since 2015 as well as had some babysitting experience with friends and family since 2013. I completed my Children and Young People's Workforce Qualification during an apprenticeship where I also received my Paediatric First Aid Certificate. I have experience with multiples, children with special educational needs, dietary requirements, restrictions and allergies, different backgrounds and beliefs, from just a few days old to primary school age. I have had a lot of training for working with children including Autism Awareness, The fundamental British Values, Safeguarding and food hygiene to name a few.

I would like to grow my in house experience, I am currently working part time with a beautiful little girl a couple days a week and would like to work with other children too.

I love to be creative and get messy with the children I care for, of course cleaning up after ourselves too, and enjoy teaching through fun and enjoyable activities, using baking or crafts to learn numbers, shapes and colours.

Working in many different settings I have experience with different activities for different age ranges to help learning, growth and development as well as ensuring children are safe and occupied.

I love having a positive impact on a child's life and having the opportunity to watch them grow and become their own little person with quirks, characteristics and bright futures of their own.
