Niamh, babysitter in Colney heath

i'm a creative and outgoing person and am currently about to take my GCSEs and am planning to futher my education to sixth form I have been babysitting on a regular basis thoughout the past 2 years. I very much enjoy interacting with the children and believe each child is an individual. Therefore i can tailor my approach so that each child feels safe and happy in my care. My main aim is to get to know and understand the children and thier parents, this will enable me to deliver the best possible service. I appreciate from personal experience how important it is for parents to feel thier children are well cared for in thier absense. Whilst keeping within the given parental guidelines my time with the children is very much led by them. By parents i support, i have been informed that when the children are given an option of carer they choose me. Im very open to being involved in whatever the children want to do wether they need help with homework or just want to play. If the parents request that i do a specific activity then i will happily comply. I'm confident that any of the families i support would be happy to give me a reference.
