I am a fun, determined, patient and energetic individual, with a strong work ethic and someone who is easily approachable and will get the job in hand done by always looking to better my knowledge and understanding of children's wide range of learning and development. With working for an agency, I have been to various nurseries. Due to my personal and work attributes, I have been called back to certain nurseries and through this I have gained more responsibilities which has allowed me to build up relationships with the parents as well as the children and staff due to being asked back to the same nursery for nearly 8 months where I moved county. I now work as a Teaching Assistant at a Primary School in Didcot.
