Chloe, babysitter - DY1 Dudley

Hi, I'm Chloe, I have two professional qualifications in child care, level two and three qualified in children and young people's workforce. I babysit my younger brother who is two years old and my cousins who are 3 and 9 years old. I have worked in a nursery environment for one year and I have also worked with reception year children. I am the sister to five siblings therefore I have grown up in a big family and this has helped me choose the career I want. It has always been in my nature to care for others, from a young age I have always wanted to work in care and help other people. One of my goals for later on in life is to be a child minder and to have my own care business. Looking back on my two years of work experience I have found that I love working with 4-5 year olds as they have their own personality, are independent and they can also communicate very strongly. My other qualifications include functional skills English and paediatric first aid.
