Cerys, babysitter - EX31 Barnstaple

Hi I'm looking to start a child carer job as I already look after my 4 year old niece and my nieces step sister who is 5. I'm great with children of all ages even babies. I tend to be creative around children by trying to entertain to my best to keep the children satisfied to the max. I will make sure that before I do anything with the babies or the children, I like to find out if they need special attention or allergies to anything.I stick to the routine that the children might have if not with permission from the parents I can help get their children into a routine. If the children have done wrong they will be in a naughty corner or step only if desperately needed. My main goal is to let the kids be themselves, encourage them to do something, reward them with praise, respect and treats weather it's the park or cooking. I want the kids to interact with mini tasks, for example being creative with cooking or being arty or ect. My goal is to maintain the children's daily needs, allergies, be there for them. My main priority is to make sure the children feel safe and happy with what there are doing. I'll read them stories, build forts out of cardboard or cushions as long as I tidy the place after, cook and clean after them but the only important things that matter to me is their welfare and that they are happy. I will always be up for anything the children what to do as long as it's okay with their parents or guardian and I'll be sure to contact them in any need or to tell them what the children has been up to. I will also put the children first in any situation as long as no harm comes to them, I do all that I can make sure everything is okay and that the children are having a good time and gain a little more life experience in what their are doing which will boost them in the right direction for their future development. I'm willing to keep an up date on the parents and guardians about what the children are doing if they want to know
