My qualities as a childcarer, I feel I am very energetic and love asking lots of questions about things with the children as I feel they learn through play, any activity I get straight into with them and they seem to love it!
I currently work in a nursery and do outside babysitting for the children then, I nogosiated a price with them as I was unsure what to charge.
