My mum has fostered for over 20 years so since I can remember I've always had a younger sibling to look and care for the babies that we take in can have a variety of problems such as drug and alcohol problems due to their parent lifestyle. Also I have a older brother who is disabled and has diabetes and other problem I'm trained for epilepsy diabetes and my brothers other needs.
