I am currently a sixth form student in my second year of study, hoping to gain extra experience in childcare in order to fulfil my dream of being an Au Pair in France or Italy next year.
I have a younger sibling myself, an eleven year old sister, therefore I'm familiar with taking care of children of her age and younger. I often take care of my cousins, aged 1, 7 and 12. Being a secondary student myself, I am able to help with homework of both primary and secondary education. I have a creative flair and passion for both art and design, therefore would love to take part in anything creative with children- from simply drawing to improving their artistic ability in interesting ways. My A-Levels consist of English Literature, Fine Art and Sociology; one of my units in sociology is 'Family and Households', therefore I have a broad understanding of the family and how it works.
I am an active individual, my most profound interests being skiing and horse riding, therefore I would happily engage in sporting activities with children.
Another passion of mine is cooking, if I were required to cook for children, that would be of ease. I also enjoy baking, this could be an activity I would love to engage children with, as an extra activity.
