I am working towards a BA Business Management with Marketing degree (online). Previously, I have gained a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business and a Level 3 Diploma in Administration (Professional), both with triple merit grade. Alongside this I have also worked towards and achieved a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service knowledge.

Over the years I have gained a lot of experience in sales, retail, leadership, administration and customer service. I strongly believe this has made me become a well communicated, passionate individual about any new opportunities that are given to me. I am a well organised and present individual that is very keen to learn new skills and put my abilities to the test.
