I'm 16, which I know is young, but I have been doing voluntary work at a youth club for over 2 years now which has given me great experience with children. I'd say I'm quite a creative person, I love art and crafts and I love getting children involved in it. I have organised sessions at the youth club myself multiple times and succeeded everytime which brings me to a conclusion that I'm also an organised person. I'm also an army cadet. At cadets we get taught many life skills such as first aid and CPR as well as basic things such as dicipline and manners. I'd try my hardest to meet all of the childs needs as well as yours, the parents, and provide the child with the attention and care it needs. I really enjoy working with children and I'm a bubbly person which helps me build good relationships with children and young people. I'd love to hear back from you :)
