Hi there, my name is Abbey and I recently completed my A-Levels at Queens College in Taunton. While studying, I volunteered as a junior leader of a Brownie group in Cotford St Luke for just under a year, where I worked towards my Girl Guiding UK qualification; this was with girls ranging from six to 10 years old. In addition, I spent some time working in the Pre-Prep at Queens College in a Year 1 class which had children from the ages of four to six. These were really enjoyable experiences for me and gave me even more insight into what children like to do and how to care for them.
Following these roles, I have been babysitting the children of a Pre-Prep teacher (reference available upon request) and my two young nieces. Having had experience with children ranging from the age of 1 to 10 and being a big kid myself, I feel I would match well with families looking for a babysitter or someone to help their child with a bit of schoolwork.
I'm a self confessed Disney addict who loves animals, baking and swimming. Having now finished school and sixth form, I love spending more time drawing, in the gym and with my two young nieces who are aged two and five years old.
