Zeban, babysitter in Bradford

I am currently working as an early years practitioner which has allowed me to work with children and support them to achieve the best they can. I have experience of working with a great early years team and working alongside other staff members in year 1 onwards. But I also have the initiative to take on challenges and stress in calm form manner and work independently. I have worked with staff, children and parents from different background.
I have built my childcare career from the beginning working my way up such as from doing voluntary work in year 2 to apprenticeship to an SEN support to an early years practitioner.
I am a keen and hard working person who values any training that is available in order to become the best I can for any job role. I handle feedback positively and use it as advice to improve my skills further, no feedback of mine is taken negatively.
I understand that experience is needed to be able to do a job however a job is needed in order to gain experience thus I would love the opportunity of learning whilst working and this was the way I was able to secure a job in childcare sector.

Skills:

• Patience: I have great patient’s skills as I am able to deal with any pressure or challenges that may arise within the environment.
• IT & Presentation skills: I am able to use the new teaching technologies and software’s there may be confidently. I can use the software’s to create documents which will be needed to present further to others. I am able to use the computer to record information.
• Communication skills: I have the ability to communicate with people from different background, age, gender thus there will be no barriers to communication. I can also communicate with people in their preferred languages as I am multilingual e.g. Urdu and Hinko.
• Resilience: I am able to work with demanding children and overcome challenges in a calm and collective fashion under pressure.
• Team work: I can work as part of a team professionally to complete a task to the highest standard possible as well as having the initiative to work on my own.
