Hello! I am a fourth-year medical student. I am a 22-year-olds and have a PVG, first aid qualification, and a variety of experience working with children of different ages. I am a bubbly, fun and responsible individual, who loves interacting with children. From being a tutor in school to just completing a BMSc in Medical Education, I really enjoy teaching and helping children learn. Moreover, I equally like playing with children, whether that is playing Frisby in the park or relaxing by watching a movie. Finally, I am able to make a variety of meals and clean anything that requires it.
I am looking to provide babysitting care for weekends, evenings and emergencies. Moreover, for the next two months I am free to babysit during the day, on any day.
I have grown up with lots of younger cousins, who I have been responsible for looking after. Moreover, I used to train children at a running club, and I have learned that a personalised approach to every child is necessary for them to feel comfortable and content. In terms of tutoring, achieving straight As in my highers and just completing a BMSc in Medical Education, I am comfortable teaching science up to this level, as well as English. My approach is about focusing on the child's weaknesses and giving them the confidence to achieve their desired grade.
Occasional babysitting | $12.00 per hour |
I charge £12 as I consider myself an incredibly hands-on babysitter. I adapt myself to every household and ensure that the parents/guardians and children feel comfortable with my care. Moreover, I like to ask if there is anything that I can help with, e.g., if a parent would like me to help tutor someone in maths or whether a child needs more experience trying to read.
