Hello my name is Ceri. I am a young women, with no children of my own. I have worked with children for my whole career and even before I voluntered at childrens clubs held by my Church. I currently run the Church youth group, which runs every Friday (term time). I love spending time with children and find it fasinating how everyone is so unique in their character and skills. They amaze me everyday by learning new skills or sharing some of their personality.
I am a fun loving person, who is not affraid to get their hands dirty (but also tidy up after). Children learn so much through participating in activities and having human interaction so I always get down to the children's level and get involved. I am polite and caring, my strengths at work have been pointed out by my manager as my interaction with parents and being a key person to the children.
I still currently work at a nursery in Sidcup so I am looking for evening and weekend work.

Hello, my name is Ceri.
I have worked in childcare settings for the past 7 years, with a variety of ages from baby's to children attending primary school and teenagers.
I have spent 2 years based with pre-school, 3 years based with 2-3 years old and 2 years based with under 2's. Through out this I have also helped out at after school clubs run by the nurseries I have worked for. In my spare time I am also a youth leader for a group of 11-18 year olds, so as you can see my experience is vast.
I have gained my level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications as well as currently working towards a team leading qualification. Through out my 7 years experience I have had to keep both my first aid and DBS up to date.
I am a fun, caring, polite and punctual as I realise these are very important qualities for this role, I have always had great feedback from the parents at the nurseries and this is seen as one of my strengths by management.
I can bring a wide variety of activities for your children to enjoy, where they can learn through play rather than taking the easy road and putting the television on. Children learn so much more through human interaction so I feel this is an essential part of who I am.
