Imogen, babysitter in Fowlis DD2

I am a 20-year-old student with experience looking after my own two younger sisters, as well as a year's childminding of three boys aged 4-9. This involved school runs, helping with homework, organising meals/snacks and general daily activities. I was very comfortable with these responsibilities and enjoyed spending time with the kids. During high school, I also did work experience in a local primary school and volunteered as a Girl Guide leader (Rainbows). Here I gained experience working with larger communities of kids; helping to support the pupils, lead games, and oversee arts and crafts (as well as dealing with a few arguments...)
Since 2014, I have been studying English Literature & Art History at the University of Glasgow but recently decided to take some time out of education. In relation to my studies, I have a varied interest in books and creative projects such as photography - I am also a part-time portrait and wedding photographer which has allowed me to work with families regularly.
When caring for children, I value enthusiasm and patience to be important, in order to ensure the whole family is happy. My current availability is flexible and I am looking for part time work up to 20 hours a week.
