In June 2015 I have completed a Master of Arts in Anthropology at University of Aberdeen, Scotland. This degree offered me a comprehensive written and oral communication in English, but also pivotal presentation skills. Understanding distinct points of view and different perspectives, but also respecting others' opinions proved to be crucial in grasping critical skills, giving me the ability to gather, assess and interpret academic data. I have learned to put into practice clear, logical and independent modes of thinking by organizing and planning my arguments.
My work experience so far is based upon retail and care assistance. In retail, my main activities and responsibilities involved assisting the customers, managing and arranging the received products within the store, and working at the tills. I was in charge with the organization and partition of clothes and shoes, but also with the maintenance of a high level of customer service. In care assistance, my main tasks were taking care of a disabled child (10 months old), assisting him in everyday activities, including giving medication. This position offered me both personal and professional skills of patience and empathy.
Further qualifications I offer include:
- Good organisational skills gained through my work with managers
- Excellent cooperation skills gained through my participation in the Anthropology and Politics International Relations Societies during my studies
- Team-work skills acquired through my implication in projects and events during my studies
- Social and mediating skills acquired through my participation in meditation classes and anthropological fieldwork experiences
I love playing the flute and the piano, and I also paint in my spare time.
