I'm a 16 year old student who loves to work with children and would love to have a professional career in childcare. I am looking for work that includes after-school care and weekend day-care. Also I am looking for baby-sitting jobs. My qualities as a child carer is that I seem to connect with kids on a great level and I interact with them well. I have had lots of people comment on my child care skills and how effective I am with kids. My experience started off with my little sister who is quite a bit younger than me. Then after looking after my sister I would look after my cousins and other relatives. I also help out with my local Sunday School and look after the kids when the parents want to talk. Lastly, I have volunteered at an after-school club and felt like I got on with the kids there really well and I loved going back after the support I got from the kids.
