Hi, my name is Ronan, I'm 16 (as of posting this), and I go to Copleston High School.

Later on in life, I plan to become a teacher, and so this will be a good thing to have on my CV (if possible, I would like to use anyone who is willing on my references later on). I am also a carer for my mother, who has a physical disability, so I have handled pain medication countless times before. This setback also effectively forced me into sometimes having to care for my siblings, so I have experience there too.

On a happier note, I am thoroughly willing to help children with homework, either primary or secondary-and certain GCSEs. I would also be confident in taking them out on fun excursions-with permission, of course-and will play games with them. I have done a 1st aid course, though no certificate, so I can respond to any impromptu emergencies. I love to spend time with kids, and would love to offer my services!

Ronan was on a work experience placement at our school. He worked with a number of different teachers and ages of children. He related appropriately to the pupils and engaged their interest when he was asked to work with them individually in small groups or assisting with whole class times. Ronan followed directions well from the staff. He also used his initiative when needed; a difficult task in this sort of situation. He was punctual and was always smartly and appropriately presented. He seemed to have a genuine interest in the work he was doing and achieved all that was asked of him even when being so young himself at the time. He would be an asset in any team.
