Kayleigh, babysitter in Kilmarnock KA3

My name is Kayleigh and I am a 24 year old professional, and friendly individual from Kilmarnock.

From age 18 - 19 I worked overseas a Thomas Cook Holiday Rep where I would assist with the Kidz Club. This would include games, music, arts and crafts and much more. Skills that have came in handy since!

From May of 2015 - May 2016 I spent a year living and travelling around Australia, working as a Live-In Nanny. This gave me experience in working with babies from as young as 5 months, up to children aged 14. During the hours of 8am - 6pm I would be the sole carer for the child/children in my care and would complete all aspects of personal care, toilet care, feeding and assisting with homework.

I also worked with a sibling pair, both with Autism Spectrum Disorder and would be happy to take care of children with the same, or similar disorders.

I am currently an HNC student studying Care and Administrative Practice at Ayrshire College, however hope to gain entry into Glasgow Caledonian University in September. I will be studying Occupational Therapy. My current course has given me great tools in the managing of challenging behavior, something that can be handy when dealing with cranky, tired, or hungry little people.

I am a friendly, caring and fun person who prefers to be a friend to the kids in my care, rather than be another parent. I have a driving licence and my own transport so have no problems getting to you.
