As a childcarer the qualities I have are I am friendly and easy to talk to, therefore the children can feel like the can talk to me about anything, I am patient and I am also calm meaning I can act quickly in different situations. As I am a sports leader for children of all ages from 3 and upwards I have a lot of experience in different types of sports games, therefore, I can adapt the game depending on how old they are.
