Hello, my name is Katie and I am 20 years old. I'm currently living in Sunderland as a student and have lived here over two years. I'm currently studying English as my degree and would hope to get into teaching. I have always been around children my whole life as my parents are foster carers so for me and my siblings we have been the ones to help make those children feel at home. We currently foster a boy with severe disabilities and have done for 10 years, this has been one of the most rewarding things me and my family have done. I have helped out with his care by helping tube feed him, encouraging (and succeeding) to eat regular food and drink. I do fun and learning based activities with him, such as baking, reading, spelling and doing puzzles.
I also have 2 twin nieces who are 13 months old, I have helped out with their care from babysitting and helping out in every day life.
I am looking to do regular babysitting on weekends and some evenings during the week.
I am a kind person who is considerate to all individuals and I will cater to every need your child(ren) require.
