I'm a 23 year old female graduate. Up until recently I worked at a primary school in Leicester as an English Teaching Assistant, taking small classes of children between ages 7 and 11 to help them with reading, writing, and comprehension. I also organised a reading group at lunchtimes. I have experience babysitting younger children also, as well as having my own younger siblings.

I come from an acting background, and am now a Voiceover Artist, and so have excellent performance skills, which is always great when reading stories to little ones. I am patient, responsible and, most importantly for the children, fun!

Aneesa stayed with my 6 year old son and I for two weeks so we didn't get to spend a lot of time together but we enjoyed her and her travelling companion immensely. She cared for my son, who has some special needs, very well. She listened to his (extensive) care instructions and followed them well. Both my son and I liked her very much and we were very sad to see her go. I would have offered her a permanent position if she had moved to Colorado.
