My name is Beth and I am 19 years old. I have worked in multiple childcare environments including the home and both primary and secondary schools. I have had the pleasure of working with children ranging in age from 5- 16. I have got both professional and personal experience of caring for children with additional needs. I have taken a private diploma in safeguarding and ADHD awareness and love to learn new ways to do things. I believe that when caring for a child transparency is key so I like to make it clear that I use crutches to get around but I try not to make that an obstacle in life and pride myself in being able to adapt.
I am currently a student at the University of Winchester where I am studying Education and Inclusion. Due to this I am slightly restricted with my availability but apart from my timetabled lectures I am flexible. I love helping getting to know families and helping in any way that I can.
