Hi I'm Annie. I have over 10 years experience in early years care and education and 13 years as a parent!

I have worked in preschools and full time day care settings from assistant level, SENCO, practitioner, Room Leader and Manager. I have also worked in Sure Start children's centres across Kent as a Family Support Worker as part of Early Years Intervention. I also provide a behaviour management consultancy service on a private basis.

I am versatile, down to earth, patient and passionate for working with children and their families. I truly do understand both sides of the coin of private childcare as a professional, and as a mother to 3 daughters. Trust and open, honest, communication is everything!
