Hi i'm Paige, i'm 16 years old and a sixth form student studying: sociology, history and photography. I'm looking for a part-time job as a babysitter(after school, at the weekends and during half-terms), as i want it to be something i'd enjoy. I've always loved looking after children, even from a very young age. I would describe myself as a fun, caring, sensible, organised, open-minded person. I would be able to cook meals, clean, and help kids with homework; my GCSE results are: A-maths, B-english literature, B-english language, B-geography, B-business, B-history, C-chemistry, C-biology, D-physics, and D-triple science. I'm also a very active, sportsy person, who loves the out-doors. I have very basic medical knowledge as my grandmother used to work in a care home and my mum is a pharmisist. I was also a young leaders at secondary school, assisting events for children in year 2 and year 5. I also used to help teacher junior taekwon-do (a self-defence martial art) to children between the ages of 4-8. As i am still young, i feel i could relate to kids more and not seem intimidating. Therefore, i can still be energetic, and participate in activities with kids. But i am also mature, and know a balance between fun and work/calm time is needed.
Occasional babysitting | $5.00 per hour |
It's the cheapest rate, as i'm still young and don't have qualifications in childcare, but i have experience looking after younger cousins, neighbours kids and friends younger siblings.
