I was born in Catalonia (Spain) and I have lived and worked in the UK for over 4 years. I enjoy the outdoors, nature and being physically active. I am a psychology graduate working towards becoming a behaviour therapist for children with developmental disabilities. I am happy to help in all areas of personal care, to support your child to work in any therapy or learning programme, to help you to go on outings more safely and relaxed if required. I currently live in West Moors (Dorset) and offer my services in commutable locations, please contact for more details.
My experience: I worked for 3 years in an educational and residential setting for children and young adults aged 7-19 with severe autism and complex needs.
I worked for a year in another residential setting for children and young adults with learning disabilities including autism.
I have experience in administering medication, positive behaviour support, PECS and sign language. I have worked with children with health conditions such as epilepsy and asthma.
Please be aware that I combine this job with a full time job in care, therefore my availability changes from week to week, for example I could not commit help you every Wednesday afternoon, but if your needs are flexible, please get in touch to discuss them.
