Emily worked at the Pre School where I was the Deputy Supervisor in 2014. Her position there was as a student, and as I recall she came to the setting three days a week when she wasn't at college. In my opinion I found Emily to be very willing to do any task that was asked of her. She was polite and respectful to staff, children and parents. She made herself approachable to the children, and this made them feel comfortable around her. Treating all of them equally. She would get involved in all activities with the children, including messy play, outdoor play and reading and singing to them, plus many others. She was presentable in her appearance and seemed enthusiastic to learn.
