Hiya, my name is Nicole, I am 20 Years old and children have always been my passion since I was tiny myself, I am responsible and trustworthy and have been working with children for over 3yrs now I am a Level 3 NVQ Room Leader at a nursery that I have worked at, for 3 years and gained all my experience and qualifications along the way. Within this role I plan activities according to the children’s next steps and age range. I also have key children in which I observe their development and plan activities to help them in their prime areas of development. I am also the SENCO worker and specialise in working with children with challenging behaviour and I will patiently guide all children whilst having lots of fun and experiencing many new and different things in life. I am first aid trained and have experienced many emergencies and dealt with them confidently, I also speak Spanish as I was born in Spain and lived there for 16 years I have lived in Nottingham for 5 years now and have settled well. I am constantly learning new things and at the moment I am currently learning British Sign Language.
