Beth, babysitter - NG3 Nottingham

Hi. I'm Beth, I'm 17 years old and I'm an extremely enthusiastic and motivated person. I have endless amounts of energy with children and have been caring for my three cousins for several years now at the weekends but they've now moved to another city. I have been caring for them since they were 4, 6 and 9 as well as my stepdad's young sisters, aged 2, 3 and 6 so I have experience with children of varying ages. I am calm and caring and have a basic first aid certificate as well as a certificate in emergency first aid (although of course hopefully I'd have no reason to need that). I can cook relatively well and am more than willing to clean up and do any housework necessary. I often stayed overnight or until late hours at my cousin's caring for them so I am familiar with different bed-time routines: their favourite being the fairy tales I would invent for them and act out. I was usually there for at least 5 hours before bed, plus I run a games club for the lower year students whilst I’m at sixth form, so I have a multitude of ideas for activities to keep children occupied over extended periods of time that don’t involve just sticking them in front of the TV for hours on end.
