I am Shanice , a seventeen year old sister to six. I am the eldest of them all and have always helped my mum with the children. I do not have a temper but know how to be firm with children. I have many younger cousins I also look after and have always loved doing so. I have no working experience as I went from secondary school into college. I study forensic science 4 days a week in Birmingham. I am a commuter. I have a natural way with children, one of my brothers is on the autism spectrum, so I know how to deal with some children's certain needs. I am not a judgemental person. I believe everyone should be equal. I also believe that you must treat people how you want to be treated. I love playing games with children and entertaining them. I am very energetic and I consider myself a reliable and honest person.
