I am Char, I have worked as a nursery practitioner for 3 years, then as a nanny for just under a year for 2 little boys and then I returned to nursery work and became room leader. I am the creative, enthusiastic and imaginative one who clicks with the children in the room. I am very caring and considerate, I will always put the needs of each individual child first and think of new ways I can help them develop. I have also had a beautiful baby boy this year so I can really appreciate how hard it is to put your faith and trust into someone's hands.
