My name is Ahareem and I am 16 years old. I'm currently doing my AS, however, I'm seeking a job in order to pay for expenses such as travel, driving and general necessities. I come from a family of 4 sisters, I'm the third eldest and I've been babysitting my younger sister for a significant amount of time now. My extended family consist of many younger children whom I've looked after (ages 2-11). I admit I have no qualifications but I have a past in tutoring primary school children. Unfortunately, I'm not the best cook however I can take part in basic cooking activities such as frying or using the oven etc. In terms of cleaning, I'm able to do a range of chores such as washing the dishes or hoovering. As a 16 year old, I'm able to relate to children effectively and can play fun games with them that can also challenge them mentally, I usually play board games with my younger sibling when I babysit her and I base activities around her interests, for example, she loves art so we spend a lot of the time painting. I'm looking for a babysitting job but as a permanent babysitter for emergencies such as parties or if parents are away for a few hours to attend other important businesses. I'm not able to stay over and if I do weekdays I will have to bring my work with me when I babysit.
