Sarah-jane, babysitter in Telford

My name is Sarah and I am currently 17 years old. I am a calm, friendly person who has lots of experience working with children.

I am currently studying for my A-levels: Psychology, Health and Social, and Philosophy and Ethics. I have always loved working with and helping people and children so after I finish my A-levels, I wish to become a midwife, so that is what I will be studying at University.

I have helped look after my brother since birth (he is almost 3 now) and I have also had experience working with newborns. I did some work experience with a well loved childminder involving reading books, assisting with meal times andd taking the children to playgroups and helping sing along with the songs and rhymes. The childminder has taught me ways of stimulating a child's brain etc. through different activities which I find helpful when caring for my brother.

I have taken a course in babysitting through the British Red Cross "Looking After Other People's Children" programme, so I have several hours of basic first aid training also.
