Explanation:

I would expect to have a minimum pay of £20 per babysitting session. Am happy to give 2½ hours of my time, for this.
Thereafter, £8 an hour. I feel this is fair..
I am very experienced, professional, and have an NVQ level 3 in Childcare & Education.
